Salaries at NCO
Here’s our wages and bonuses based on years of experience and number of shifts. On top of your wage, if you work 4+ days per week we cover your AHPRA registration, OA membership, professional indemnity insurance, first aid, and a learning budget of $2000 per annum. All you need is a laptop, and everyone gets a $500 annual allowance for laptop upgrades and repairs.

- We run regular in-clinic professional development sessions, plus dedicated paediatrics sessions featuring guest speakers, case reviews, and clinic visits.

Yes. Babies and children are part of our daily caseload, and we provide training and mentoring to help you develop proficience in this rewarding area. We have two Advanced Practice Paediatric Osteopaths here and 3 team members close to gaining their Extended Practice in Paediatrics title.
Many of our team also treat adults: musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, TMJ, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to shape your caseload.
